Overnight Eastern Plain Nature Trek

Located 28km far from Senmonorom town, affording us the opportunity of trekking in the jungle. There are plenty of natural resources, especially wildlife and it is a place that we can observe exotic primates and birds such as Critically Endangered Black-shanked Douc, Yellow-cheeked Crested Gibbon, Pig-tailed & Long-tailed Macaques are also present, and some beautiful birds such as Horn Bill and Woodpeckers. Under the preparation of the local indigenous Bunong community, this option you will have more chance to get real experience camping in the forest, listening to the call of wildlife at night, especially early morning the lovely call of Yellow-cheeked Created Gibbon around your camp.

The hike is quite strenuous yet you will enjoy yourself through the beautiful green forest and nice nature songs. You will have time to talk to the local people about indigenous Bunong’s culture and their story. If you already had good chance with wildlife and have more time we can bring you to nice remote waterfall in the jungle.
