Memorandum of Understanding (M.O.U) signing ceremony between Cambodia Bird Guide Association – CBGA and Ministry of Environment on “Cooperation in the Field of Environment”, was held in Phnom Penh, on 6th February 2018. This MoU is to support the conservation of Cambodia’s natural resources through supporting local people’s livelihoods in protected areas, which the Ministry of Environment is currently undertaking to conserve.

H.E Phay Bunchhoeun, the Secretary Ministry of Environment and the honourable representative, H.E Say Somal, the Minister of Environment attended this ceremony.

MoU was signed by H.E Sokhorn Rithykun, deputy Secretary Ministry of Environment and Mr. Orn Sambovannak, CBGA’s representative, the Themes of MoU focus on Sustainable Development and Wildlife Conservation through Ecotourism at the based-communities, awareness of environment, promote Cambodia’s natural heritage to the world.
